Where to download USB-UIRT Plugin?

Where to download USB-UIRT Plugin? I have tried the xlobby plugin link and Sharp_1s help site but unfortunately, its not there.

I think this plugin was bundled with the xlobby2prerelease1.zip (the big file) and not the xlobby update files. Download it from sharp_1's site

from within xLobby, can you not choose to install it during initial setup? or after that, from the Downloads page of the setup screens?
Cicero ... loving xLobby, both versions ... now just to get all the new toys ...
