Sync graphics slide show on server with text on client?

I'm preparing for a community astronomy outreach program.
I've assembled a collection of Hubble and amateur astronomy pictures which are on my XL server.
I also have a matching collection of descriptive text in Notepad format.

I would like the ability for my Win XP XLobby tablet client, which also controls the server, to display the text matching the picture while retaining the ability to pause/resume the show.

In this way, I could read the paused info corresponding with the paused picture to the group.

I guess it's sort of like a PowerPoint with 2 screens, except the screens are on 2 different PCs.

Over the top? Doable?

Jay...unfortunately there is no easy way to do this right now. I have a Mantis post that would allow users to add there own text to images but it's not on our current list to do anytime soon.
