Slideshow issues with current builds

starting with 3.0.12082.13, I have a slideshow rendering problem on the server and clients. The first picture is either black or heavily pixelated and shrunken horizontally. Subsequent pictures may be OK or may pixelate. The images look fine individually when not in a slideshow.

The slideshows are fine In a laptop whose client hadn't been updated since last Oct.

what type of slideshow, photos, movies, music?

are these high res pictures?

can you upload a photo that looks messed up in the slideshow?

get the latest bleeding edge, I think I figured out what you were referring too. I've been playing with really high res imagery lately and haven't checked the new code affected the lower res stuff.

Yes, it does tend to be lower res photos that get messed.

Photo albums are the only slides I've tried since I noticed the issue.
I tried a client first with the new build. The client wasn't nearly as bad as my server and it's 52" monitor.

But now I just get black when trying to run slide shows on the client. I tried hi-res 17MPx and low res albums down to around 640x480.
And, when I have an album open and click on a photo, there is a delay of a second or so before the image shows. The stills still look OK after opening.

I only updated the client.

I just found a couple of other issues someone else reported, I'm pretty sure I got it fixed this time, get the latest bleeding edge now.

I think you did it.
I'll update the server whenever I can get the woman off the TV. And advise.
