This is not really a plugin but I think, here, is the best section for this application ;)

##
This application is in fact a generator of databases for Xlobby which reference your roms (video-games).
Rom2xlobby scan your repertory containing your roms, then it recovers the coverarts and information corresponding to your roms and built databases for Xlobby.

Documentation and application are there :

Remember, for everyone, Rom2Xlobby is not really a plugin, it's an external application to use for xlobby.

ha no good, you didn't look at the documentation... sure this is not a good translation but it seems to be an english doc.

- roms for MAMEs emulators (which are arcade roms)

- roms for the emulator Zinc (which are, also, arcade roms).

- and roms NES, SNES, N64, SMS and "GB, GB color and gba"

I have a couple of quick questions -

1) Is Ucon an alternative tool to Daemon?

2) Does your list of games include PC versions of Madden Football or Tiger Woods Golf (EA Sports)?

Thanks

no, we use ucon64 only to identify your roms...

no, we didn't include any "PC games" only MAME, ZINC, NES, SNES, N64, SMS and "GB, GB color and gba"
but you can create your own pc games databases using Ant Movie Catalog and the plugin Xant.
there are differents script on the "ant movie catalog" forum to create a video games database...

Hey, is anyone else having issues sorting their databases? I have a MAME and NES database and neither sort propperly. Doesn't matter if i do sortdisplay, sorttitle, sortname. None of them will put things in alphabetical order. Dont' really want to do a manual sort. Any ideas?

I will check it out, when I will go back to home, but anyway, you can edit the template (NEStemplate.tpl and MAMEtemplate.tpl) to change the structure of your future xml database.
