Another topic for plugin/whatever developers?

Postby dalanik on Tue Jul 11, 2006 2:06 pm

Shouldn't we have another topic (apart from plugins) for developer questions only? Right now, when I want to ask how to implement something in a plugin etc, I have to go to plugins topic, which is used for plugins from a user's point-of-view...

Agreed. Ive posted dev related question lately on bug fixes, suport subforums, among other... without much luck... so mayby unified dev section could be helpful.

Another bump for this... since it now seems that new forums are born as we speak.

Even though I'm not a developer, I think this would be great, especially now with all the new changes! count me in :D

I agree. I have been working on an RS232 plugin that I have working in componant parts. If we were able to share code snippets with each other I think I would get done sooner than later. What I could use help with is code to put scripting language into the plugin. Once I have this I can begin testingt the full plugin.
