roll-over text size

On the buttons in a skin I am working on, the text size somehow is larger than I wanted it, yet when I rollover it all seems to be the size I do want it. I have spent nearly an hour trying to figure it out, does anyone know where I change the initial font size for the button? I see nothing that indicates a second size. Where do I modify both sizes?

Pull up the skin editor and select the button. Then select the "Display" Tab. Under the "Resource" tab will be the resources for the button. If it has a + next to it expand and see if there is a 'enter'. These are the 2 resources for that button. You can then go to the "Font" tab and see the font sizes.
