To use, put the events and buttons in the appropriate folders in colby's skins and the skin files in the main folder for colby's skins.
If you care to use these, please extend your thanks to colby for the fine work he did and to steven for creating a fine program.
A couple of notes:
The radar image was intentionally made to exceed the ppc screen so that the portion of interest to me was on the screen. Adjust to suit your needs.
Unless you have your heart set on a web cam of Charleston, West Virginia, change the url on the web cam overlay page.
