It happens randomly. XL3 still works normally. I just hide the message.

I just got the same message under windows 7. This was after a clean install and after a restart. Latest version downloaded today. Here is the detail:

I found out you need to run xLobby as an administrator. In Win 7 you can then get rid of the annoying UAC messages on startup by setting the UAC to never notify.
