Can Xlobby open up seperate applications?

I love the thin client but due to lack of internet browsing through it I cannot access my surveillance server.

Can I open up a seperate app with a custom made button?

yeah just hit f/2 go to events, make a OS>execute file event. Then go into the skin editor (pause/break key) add a button and assign it that event you just made... that easy!

I would also like, for my truck-pc, to have a button that would dial up my cellphone so then I would have a wireless access point. IE, computer is tucked away somewhere, plug phone into it, use axim to control xlobby and have a button on xlobby that says "dialup" or some such thing... I have a motorola e815 by the way and an axim x3i.
