language file and german umlauts

Hi Steven,

need german umlauts and sharp s support in the language file.

for example

Austria=Österreich
cloudy=bewölkt
test=öäüÖÄÜß

currently only standard characters are translated via the language file

the ALT codes for german umlauts are

sharp s = alt + 225
small a umlaut = alt + 132
small o umlaut = alt + 148
small u umlaut = alt + 129
capital A umlaut = alt + 142
capital O umlaut = alt + 153
capital U umlaut = alt + 154

would be great
thanxs

Hi,

I think that you have to write your file in UTF-8 so that non-Ascii characters can be used
