How to recive download-pass

I e-mailed this bobadams-guy about getting a download password more than two weeks ago but have thus far been ignored. Is there some special requirement to fill to be considered?
I would love to try the product at home first and maybe, if it works out to my satisfaction, introduce it to my workplace, a fitnessclub, whitch I belive could have use for it.
