question about thin client

ok, so im looking to upgrade my controller. i currently use a dell axim, and its cool, but small. i want a bigger tablet.

ive been looking at the nokia 770 and a few others. here is the question... what can the client run on? can it run on linux? what OS's can it run on? thanks!

I know they require the .net 2.0 framework. Though I'm not positive that it can't be done on others, it prettymuch limits it to windows or windows based OSs.

You can use the Xlobby webserver and browser on your Nokia 770 tablet to achieve the same results.

Since both webserver and thin client obtain image maps from the server, things will get slower as you move to higher resolution screens.
