billberet,

What all can you convert to XL? I found this:
http://www.cooken.com/WebRecipes/WeightWatchers/exe/AllWWAug04.exe

which is a Weight Watchers recipe list. The EXE loads a txt file which looks like it is delimited with the | character. Last updated 2004 but will still work.

I will keep looking for others.

know what we can do,
we can have a weight watchers database separate from the mealmaster one.

this way on the startup screen we can have 2 buttons, one for standard, and one for weight watchers.
and since each has their own database, it will be easy to show separately.

i can use the pipe delimeter to parse the text file from weight watchers.
unfortunately i am getting one of my components for my xlobby project, so i might have to put the WW database creation on hold.

Ok no problem.

I will still look to see if I can find anything better.

Thanks,

I just sold a house i had in pa, i bought it in 2000, and sold it last year.
Pocono pines, 30 min west of the Delaware river, by the outlet mall and cammelback.
i needed to buy outside of NY, so i can finally get a house out on long island, lol

it was great, i had season passes for cammelback, i'm a big snowboarder.
it was fun, i was sad to see it go.

small world!!!!!

Heh, a friend is chief counsel for Camelback so we get to drink on the balcony and watch the people go by

Hey, after WeightWatchers, how about a barcode reader interface for drinks and meals ingredients inventory?

Sorta kidding but I remember RadioShack tried to get that going years ago :D

if it was a database it would be easy, i wrote several barcode programs.
one barcode program i wrote holds 64k of data in one barcode,
i could put the entire ingredient list in the barcode, lol

but i'm stuck with these xml files.
:(
but it's free with a great community, so i'm not complaining !!!!!!

hey jay,
can you post up your drink pages and overlays, if they are completed.
since i'm running v3 now, i am not using any of my old pages because the heavymetal_t skin just doesn't blend with the default skin.

thanks

Hey guys,

I just got into Xlobby a few days ago and I have a touchscreen I just installed in my bar area and I'd like to add the drinks database and get it skinned.

I was wondering if you could send me the database files or reupload them (the link doesn't work). I also don't really get the whole skinning thing yet, but I think I can manage??...

This is just something I'm doing on the side for my dad, so no real rush since tmw is easter.

Thanks, I'd appreciate. I told my dad about it and the bar monkey, and now he keeps hounding me to build it, at least to get the drinks database integrated into xlobby.
