Hmm, it has to do more with XLobby fat client than the plugin... i guess. plugin just copies images to the destination, and then you have to do refresh through XLobby.

Updated the plugin to be able to copy videos from memory card/camera to separate folder (instead with photographs). Location specified in the configuration.

And added sample skin.

See the 1st post for link, v0.04.

Was about to go to .04 but added some pictures 1st. The new ones copied to the proper folder but refresh does not display them. I went to XL's latest core build this morning. Can you take a second to see if you can display new pics on the latest build?

I made no changes to the screen or plugin config. In my setup, new images are added to the root folder. There no date level folders.

Sorry for the bother.
thanks

Stop. I just played a slideshow of the folder. There are other previous pic that are not visible. These were added before the last 2 XL core updates. Obviously an issue here.

Please disregard.

I get an error when trying to install this plugin. After clicking the install button I get a window with "Extracteur" on top with the message "Repertoire d'installation incorrect". It also does the same thing when I run as administrator. I'm trying to install to a windows vista system.

I believe that's French for 'wrong directory'.

I did not know to do that but that indeed help by allowing me to set the xlobby directory. I still needed to run as an administrator in vista for it to work. Thanks for your help.

After long time, I realized I'm not using my own plugin to copy photos from camera onto HTPC... Why? Well, it's because my wife likes to takes photos of her cakes, pies and other stuff she makes and share them on the web (can you believe there are sites with photos of the cakes? :) )... and I'm not KEEPING those on the HTPC.... So for a few months I've been copying photos manualy, thinking that this would stop :-) silly me. So in the end, I got tired of this and modified my plugin into regular exe, standalone program. It does the same thing as the plugin, only you can run it of off regular PC with mormal interface.

in case anyone's interested....
