How to make xlobby autoload?

Postby hagenmi1 on Thu Aug 28, 2003 5:25 am

I want xlobby to autoload when I turn on my HTPC. I would be nice to have xlobby to be the first thing I see when I boot. How do I do this?

Just drop a shortcut to the Xlobby.exe file in your startup group.

Funny thing, I usto have this thing opening on startup, then I did the update and when it opens on startuip i get an error, I'll post it in the bugs section soon, i end up having to open the folder and run the exe that way... wierd.

Thanks, It took me a while to find the startup folder. Here are the steps for others wanting to do this in XP pro.

1. Right click on the start button
2. Click on open
3. Double click on programs
4. Double click on the start up folder
5. Drop the xlobby.exe short cut there.

Another way is to load Girder first

Add a command in Girder to load XLobby using the ONLOAD event
