Looking for plugin sdk which includes xstats

I'm looking for the plugin sdk which includes xstats and all its source code...can anyone help me out with that?

I will send you the file. If you need any other examples I have quite a few. I was developing the RS232 plugin for freelobby that I stopped once Steven said it would be included in ver 3.0.
