Setting WMP radio streams in Colby Skin...How???

How would I get these radio stations to work in Colby skin? They are in WMP format...I am using foobar as my player.

Can foobar play these streams outside of XLobby?

If you look in the foobar forums there is a plugin for wma files. I gave up on foobar for these as it was very hit and miss. Winamp has a very stable plugin for wma files. I use this to get the BBC digital radio stations.

No foobar can not play them outside of xlobby.

thank defrag...I am able to get wma files to play with no problem since I did load the plugin for wma files for foobar.

I would like to try winamp to see if it works but I am having a problem getting it to talk to xlobby...can anyone help me???

What problems are you having? I set XL to point to winamp.exe the same way you would foobar, don't have any problems - except keeping focus with visualisations - but that's another issue.

I downloaded the full version instead of the bundle...worked right out of the box.

1) I just realized that winamp does not rip in lossless format like I believe foobar does...is there a plugin for this or do I have to resort to ripping in Windows Media Player then bringing the ripped content to xlobby from there?

2) I still can't get all my radio stations to play, even in winamp...any ideas?

When installed winamp should have wmp plug-in installed by default. Your streams should be entered as follows:
1. mms://64.92.199.75/WAUN-FM/.wma
2. http://wmc1.liquidviewer.net/WFMR?MSWMExt=.asf/.wma
3. I got message "program not avaliable" in WMP - check link
4. http://wmc1.liquidviewer.net/WHQG?MSWMExt=.asf/.wma
5. I couldn't play this in WMP - check the link

How did you get the new address's?..they look different from my original postings. Thanks!!

Instead of opening your links in the WMP I saved them to my hard drive, when you open those saved files in notepad you can see the actual streams.
