These new products will now provide a simple method for displaying the xLobby GUI directly to the display with the ability to stream music and movies without multiple PC’s or xLobby hardware.

So I can hear music on the thin client and sync from server? Or what does the stream music mean?

Any ETA on the new features

A full release beta for the xPad is scheduled for today. See my current news post for all the ongoing details. The idea is to stream content to the control device or use web based HTML5 audio video players from the webpage.

Anyone tried this - I assume it's in the new version that has been posted.

... just exploring at the moment ....still a bit lost.... are there any how to's / usage notes / templates for getting an iPad connected ?
Is there an additional place to enable the xPad server -separate from the existing web server ?

Haven't seen any activity in Mantis for a while. there's alot of cases regarding Xpad there. Maybe u can ask Steven to update us and the mantis cases? Don't know how much issues u want registered in there -:(

Steven is working on xPad related items everyday. He is making progress on the categorys and screen overlays. The latest bleeding edge release has some fixes and improvements. Let me look at mantis :)
