would it be possible to edit a server database with a client?
i believe this would be useful cause you could edit content from anywhere there is a client machine.
for me, it's usually adding extra fields to the database or downloading my own coverart.
sure i can copy the coverart onto the server but i cannot refresh the database from the client to display that new cover.
i have to go downstairs on the server machine which has no keyboard and mouse because i use touchscreens.
then connect mouse and keyboard. etc.... the client machines would be the perfect way to edit the server.
currently on a client, when you open f2 and go to database tab, you can click on the database and it will display the folder, but the database actions 'edit' will not function.
i think this would be a great feature.
and security is not an issue cause you can lockout the f2 ability with a password.
