Does anyone know if firefly works with XLOBBY. I was going to get one, but I did not see XLOBBY listed as one of the supported APS.

I use Firefly with Xlobby and it work like a charm.
I just use it with girder to emulate arrows and enter.
It has a neat function for repeating buttonpresses but is a little tricky to figure out.
If you buy one I can send you a copy of my .gml file if you want

QTIPS?

Postby kolemieux on Thu Sep 23, 2004 2:46 am

QTIPS - I am trying to figure out the correct Firefly Porfile or Girder syntax to get one of the QuickKeys on the bottom or even Video/DVD bring Xlobby right on top. I use it with beyondTV and its KILLER COMBO. I was wondering if u nailed this piece?

thx

I have the big Fireflybutton binded to "Alt-Tab" in girder.Very handy when you need to switch from Tv application to xlobby and back again

Firefly Remote is Hot

Postby jfireluv on Mon Oct 18, 2004 3:04 pm

I have the Firefly remote that I use with Xlobby and it is the best. :D I had the Streamzap but it did not have enough buttons or features. The cool thing about the Firefly is its repeat keys and radio frequency. The radio frequency does not interfere with my other remotes and it can operate through walls. The repeat feature of the remote enables a person using Girder to program the key actions to speed up or not. This makes mouse movement more realistic.
