.MKV support

Postby acemt01 on Mon Feb 15, 2010 1:45 am

Hi all,

It's been about 4-5 since my last post, so be patient with me. I am just getting in to the whole HTPC thing again and trying to get the new version up and running.

I have gone into the template and added mkv to the list so the database scans for the files, however, non of my movies are showing up. Do they have to be in a folder? I just have them in one folder called "/movies" right now.

Any help with this would be much appreciated

try putting each movie in it's own separate folder.

all of my video's are MKV files,
just add mkv to the import template, and put each movie in it's own directory, as bill stated earlier.
and make sure you have the latest Matroska codecs, for me, I use haali media splitter.
