Online Dvds are stored on the computer in some way, shape, or form. When this is selected they will be search for and linked with the dvd profiler info. Offline Dvds are stored on your dvd rack within there keepsafe cases and aren't store on the computer at all. When this is selected the entry will not be linked to any movie file at all, rather it will just hold the information and when clicked a nice popup windo will come up asking for you to insert the dvd by title (this can be changed), once it is inserted it will automaticlly start playing in the prefered dvd player.
