is there a plugin to read song lyrics while music is playing in xlobby

Not directly, but you may be able to use one of those plugins for winamp. Then use the XMoveWindow plugin to display the winamp window in Xlobby.

im sorry i didn't mention im using foobar not winamp will the same process work for both?

Probably should. Just following the XMoveWindow setup for the foobar lyrics window.
