When searching for Movie or Music titles it is always important to look at the title and make sure it is spelled correctly otherwise the search results may not produce the correct content title or any content details.

Some issues to be aware of.

1. Try removing "The" from the title, this will improve your search results.

2. Some characters used like "-", "&", "\", " ' ", or other symbols should be omitted when searching, this will also improve the search results.

3. Jurassic Park 3 is really Jurrasic Park III. By removing the number 3 from the title or adding roman numbers instead will produce the correct search results. In some cases it will be necessary to break up the title and search for some of the keywords individually to get your results.

Plans are in place to improve some of the issues above so the Direct Spider system will produce more accurate results. New Disk copy features are planned soon to look for the title or UPC codes automatically when a disk is inserted so manual spider searches will be optional and in many cases not necessary so the cover artwork and metadata will be added automatically to the Movie folder during the copy process.

i have noticed these issues.

it being confused by THE is the worst - if you are searching from a skin overlay it means you have to delete the entire film name and reenter it not to bad with a keyboard but a big pain using a remote/abc overlay!
