Who wants Integrated Support for MyTheatre?

Got an idea, post it here

Do you want XLobby to have fully integrated support for MyTheatre?

Who wants Integrated Support for MyTheatre?

My thought, and please correct me if I'm wrong, is MyTheatre seems like the best and easiest solution for DVB cards.

If this is popular enough maybe Steven will build in support!

I thought progdvb was old and no longer developed (ie supports only older cards)?

Can you run WDwrapper with it?

rika... I.m pretty sure progdvb is several years old without an update.

gforce... did not think it would. the app is very old in technology terms. I think the core or progdvb went into MyTheatre and only MT is being developed.

Hmm, latest update is four days old. Updates (almost) weekly.
Any way i agree and would love integration for dvb cards. I haven’t looked at MyTheatre for a long time and maybe MT is the best choice.

Peace

Rika,
How come the last news is dated 2003?
And the app version numbers (history) on the web pages has no dates?

Does this dev just never update the web site or maintain it?

You may want to suggest he at least puts dates so people know the app is not dead.

check the forum and you will see that progdvb is alive

Updates are really often (I even not had the time to update xltv to the last version)

Hey Aaron,

You asked the question about using FireDTV external module for DVB signals from dishnetwork. Did you get one ? I am interested in knowing whether it works.

BTW, I am in favor of XL integration with My Theater.

Aaron,

FYI
I ended up getting a TwinHan DVB-S PCI card. Works like a charm with MyTheatre. It would be cool to have it tightly integrated with XLobby.

I hear you brother!

Maybe we can convince Steven to do a little integration?
