Great video. I have 1 question. I thought X-lobby couldn't control the play/pause/ff/etc. buttons if the video is output on monitor 2. Was that feature fixed and I missed it.

By the way I have zoomplayer, maybe it works on TT or MPC.

I'm running ZoomPlayer and have been using the play/pause/ff/etc. functions through XL for as long as I can remember without a problem. Just FYI, I always upgrade to the latest XL exe, so if it was ever broke, I never noticed it.

Baddabing - Sorry to bother you again as you gave up supporting your skins a few weeks ago. I have a question. Are you feeding your XBOX into dscaler or dscaler and Zoomplayer. What XL command are you using to open the onto the second monitor.

You have 2 video cards so it might be different, I am using a dual out video card.

XBOX creates a progressive signal natively, although it does create an interlaced signal for the menus BUT the game playback is a progessive image. I would just set it to a HD output with Component cables, no need to run it though a scaler

I'm using s-video out through an Adapted USB Gamebridge that allows running the xbox at 1024x768 resolution. I use dscaler in conjunction with my tunercards when recording local tv stations.

Its that time again.
Bored - need to create a new skin.
Like the new look of WMP11 and wondered what XL might look like with a WMP11 inspired skin.
Here is where the skin is right now - this is the only completed screen so far.
Not sure when I will finish it - wife frowns on spending too much time on the computer during the holidays

Changed the skin I'm running in the theater. Its a black version of the XLMP skin I posted. See first post for images.

I like the skin...absolutely love the splash screen. What photoshop techniques did you use there? Awesome job as usual.

Thanks, glad you like it. Here is a full size image if you want to use it with your copy of XL

http://www.xlobby.com/files//badabing/images/mp_skin/Splash.png

It took a bit of playing around but here are the basic steps that I used to create the image

Layer 1: BACKGROUND
Circular gradient from center of screen
Apply noise filter
Use Contrast/Brightness to adjust
Apply pinch filter
Use Free/Transform to size

Layer 2: ORB
Create circle mask
Fill with gradient

Layer 3: HIGHLIGHT
Circle mask
Create highlight using white to clear gradient fill
Use Free Transform to size

Layer 4: TEXT
Bank Gothic text with Bevel with light source at 4:00 oclock position
Apply 10% spherize filter

Killer skin Baddabing. Far and away your best yet (and for my money, the best Xlobby skin ever made). Any chance of making it available (publicly or privately)?
