before i get this, does anyone at Xlobby see any issues.
i am in need of more serial ports and USB to serial is not a good option.

Should work fine as long as it does not run over any of your boards interrupt assignments. I have used a two port usb for testing and had no problems. I would guess from your other comments that you are planning to control devices through RS232. The conversations are usually very short with small amounts of data being passed. This sould not tax the card or your system.

Seems fine to me too, but to be safe, I got all my serial port expansion cards from Wes. (Just to make sure I didn't run-into anything "unexpected")

i plugged it in and it works great,i'm glad i got it
and the best part is i can mirror across ports.

so lets say i make com1 = dongle 1 , dongle 2, dongle 3

any command to com1 will be sent to multiple dongles.
which is great when you are dealing with multiple devices
