compatability with sony cx777es and HAL 2000

Is xlobby compatible with these two? MainLobby is, but it's $500 for the whole suite. I would like to find a front end that will interact with these two. The Sony cx777es communicates over serial.

If xlobby is compatible with these two, does anybody have any success stories to share?

I dont know if anyone is using HAL2000 with xlobby since there is no native support for it.

There is no direct serial support for the cx777es, xlobby can be setup to control a dvd changer with a usbuirt though....which just means controlling a dvd changer with IR instead of serial.

Given the codes, Xlobby can communicate with the 777es serial port by using girder's serial plugin. I do this currently with my HK receiver. All I had to do was acquire the codes for the HK, then setup the girder commands. I then setup Xlobby to activate the appropriate girder command when necessary... such as volume up/down, source change, power on/off. I am in search of the codes for the 777es myself. As soon as I find them I will be purchasing this unit.
