databaseShoutcast.zip

use those variables to display the information recovered by your audioplayer (wainamp or foobar):
Code: Select all
audioplayer>now>%trackname%

and
Code: Select all
audioplayer>now>%artist%

you can also make filter with: "birate", "genre" and "name".

if you want update the radio links', use ShoutcastPlsDownloader and the VBScript by Mjolnir :

Hi,

Thanks for the great list!

I have a small problem.

I have added a category link to the database, but when I click on a station, instead of playing it, the whole list of stations disappears, leaving only the one I clicked.

Then when I click it again, it plays. But I lose the whole list of stations.

Thanks,

Simon.

edgley,
when I click on a station, instead of playing it, the whole list of stations disappears, leaving only the one I clicked.

yes, I know,
I did subitems to sort the database, we can't sort "track" only "album", so I create 1 item and 1 subitems for the same link to simulate "albums" to sort correctly my database, that why you have to click 2 times...

to display the whole list of stations after clicking, add a button assignated to an event "back" with the name of your category.

So if I want to play with only one click, I will have to manualy edit the db?

here is my pls files with the VBscript to build the database, so you can modify the script to build a database like you want ( or if you want you can give me a model of your database like you want and I will send to you the database)

just one thing if you modify the database (for one click) you will not be able to sort it...

Not a problem as I havent figured out how to do that yet!

If it is possible to rebuild your db for one click I would be most grateful.

Hmm, once you have found a station that you like, it is very hard to rememeber where the heck it was.

How would one go about adding favourite buttons that you could assign stations too?
