What touchscreens are you using (if any)?

Just a general question here. What are people using for touchscreens and where did you get them (without paying a fortune)?

From E-Bay I bought two Fujitsu 3500's. I bought them with the full base station. I was a chore, but I was able to load XP Pro onto them.

They are fine for button presses or picture display's. They are not powerful enough for any motion video. I hope XLobby3 will work on them (I am concerned about the potential for advanced graphics being to power intensive for these little machines).

I've bought 3 off ebay, 15 elo lcd, for about $150 each. The work great, they don't come with casing but when you mount them in a picture frame or wall it doesn't really matter.

I'll look for something like that as well. Currently, I'm just looking for a touchscreen I can use at my couch to control my HTPC hooked to my stereo, etc. Similar to what Baddabing had (though nowhere NEAR as polished hehehe.)

I bought myself a touchscreen kit for $70 including shipping. I already have an LCD monitor, so I opened it and place it infront of the screen, then closed it. You wont see the difference. The USB wire comes out at the back of the monitor.

If you are looking for a mobile touchscreen to control XL, you can use your PDA. I just finished most of my PDA screens last week and it worked great. I can even control my receiver, karaoke system and my dvd player using USB-UIRT.
