DVD playback - multi monitor - full screen/window

Here is my situation:

I have a XL Fat client (HTPC) playing DVD using the default internal player
The HTPC has duel monitor, extended desktop, HDMI out and VGA
The VGA is set at 800X600 and the HDMI is @ 1280x720
the HDMI goes into a 4x2 switcher, out to a 720p plasma and 720p projector
VGA goes to a 15" touchscreen used for control

I would like to have the DVD play in full screen out to the HDMI and in a preview window out the VGA. Is this possible?
I have seen the setting where you can direct video playback to a monitor, currently that is set to the HDMI output. So right now I see full screen on the HDMI output and just the XL controls on the VGA.

Cheap 2nd video card i suspect, just finishing my new HD rig and thats exactly what i want to achieve. G45 onboard HDMI 1920 x 1080 to proj and 800x600 to touchscreen dvi/vga adapter with video on both screens.

All I have seen is the XL controls on the second monitor. You may want to post this to the support thread. It may not be getting attention because of where it is. Larry

I believe I have an old PCI video card I can try.. I know I have a few PCI-E and AGP..

damn.. it's been years since I have used a PCI video card
