Spider/Movie information not working?

Hi
Does any have any spiders that work ? Mine stopped working a few weeks ago. Imdb for example!
I don't mean the built in bit the txt spider functions?

Tried some more and I am sure its the internal XL function that controls spider functionallity that's broken. I'll post in mantis.

Curious: Nobody uses spiders anymore or what's the deal?

Not sure what's causing your problems. Working fine for me - using the latest beta from the updater.

So if u go into alt F2
databases
movies
spiders
type Prince of persia
search

then u get hits?

If so can u please zip your *.txt files and upload here. Pretty please

Doing is that way it doesn't work.

it DOES work when you copy a DVD to Hard drive, then highlight the new move, hit manage and then spider to find the covers....

Thanks. I think if u do it your way then XL uses the internal spider function, not the .txt files.
I added to Mantis and Steven assigned it so I think he'll fix it -:)
