How do I go into the forum and only see the post I haven't seen. Like we could before?

It's still a work in progress, I just got all of this up a running a couple minutes ago....thats the good news. The bad news is it's almost 3am here and I'm really tired so I will have to finish it tomorrow. But we will be able to do everything we could do on the old board and more.

Everyone feel free to use the forum as normal, I don't think there will be too many issues with it.

Nice look, I like that now it uses whole screen width. Just one thing though. One thing i liked about old forum was the coloring of the new/read topics. In the new one, the new icon (red) is not so visible as in the old one. If you could consider changing the image for new topics so they have more contrast, be more visible etc.

oh yeah dgemily, I didn't notice that until you mention it. To me that would be even more important than the color contrast for new posts.

Also, I had a "warm-fuzzy feeling" with the Engineer and Writers tags. Are those now gone?

Also, what will we be allowed to do with the friends/foe setion?

Well done on the new forum design.

Can you please consider these issue:

1 - New icons to spreated the pinned threads from the normal one.
2 - unpinned many threads already there, too old, and moved them to "archives forum" or something.

Yeah, I've added a few posters to my friends (yes P3rv, even you made it), but don't know the purpose yet. Don't know the reason for foes unless you can do a shout out to them and tell them off periodically...I mean we are all friends here and respect each other greatly ...right

Also what's the purpose for the Google[bot], Giga[bot] and Yahoo[bot]...not up to date on [bot]'s?

I dont know either... but my guess is they index the site for those search engines... yeah the big brother is watching even here... but it aint watched atleast here!!
